Has anyone here used eHydron AutoTrust for a car purchase? Thinking about using their escrow service, but I'd like some honest feedback before I commit.

I've dealt with em before. Used their escrow to buy a '67 Mustang. Service was ok... nothing to write home about. They did hold the funds, so that was a plus. Wouldn't use 'em again, but they did do the job.

I'm a mechanic, and I usually go through auto-trust. However, saw a few cars I liked on that platform. Their pre-purchase inspection reports are a joke! And I can't inspect myself... so I chose not to buy from them. Customer service was slow to respond. Not impressed.

I've used 'em a couple of times. Not bad, not great. Communication could be better. I'd prefer a live person when I call office@ehydronautotrust.com, but not everyone is perfect... the escrow held.. like it should.
