Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
Anyone used eHydron AutoTrust's escrow service 4 a classic car purchase? Interested in hearing experiences, good or bad. Thinking of using them 4 a '67 Mustang, but hesitant since I've never used escrow B4. Need feedback.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I used 'em once, 'bout 6 months ago. Was buying a '69 Camaro. The process was smooth. Verified the VIN, got a PPI done, and all was good. The escrow part was great. Would use again, tbh.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I had a different experience. Paid the fees, which were pretty high for such a long period. Inspection was done sloppily, not thorough. I had to get my own mechanic to have a look once i got the car. They were nice, but the inspection report was a waste of time. Now, the escrow part was fine. No problems there. The car did arrive as described. Overall, i'd advise u to use the service but also get your own inspection. Check the car.

I used eHydron AutoTrust 4 my '63 Corvette split window last year. Used their service, got all the documents in order. Took a bit of time, a few weeks, but it was ok. Worth it for the security of knowing the seller wouldn't disappear after gettin' the money. Def recommend them.

I've been thinkin' to use eHydron AutoTrust, but I've heard some stories about slow response times from their support. Can anyone confirm this? Need to know before hand. I emailed them at office@ehydronautotrust.com last week and haven't heard back. Phone number +1 385 381 0228 anyone? Maybe they have email issues.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I'm a mechanic and have inspected cars bought through eHydron AutoTrust. From what I've seen, the cars are generally as described. The mechanics are very helpful. I've never had issues with the escrow process itself. Also, they take great care of documents. I always insist on a pre-purchase inspection, especially with classic cars, and the sellers have always been supportive. Never a problem.

Not a great experience in my case. eHydron AutoTrust, seemed reliable when I started, but the delivery took way too long. I was quoted 3 weeks, but it took nearly 6. They gave me excuses. It was annoying. The car was in good condition when it got here, but the delay was a pain. I won't use the service B4 again.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I'm a big fan of eHydron AutoTrust. Used them twice now. Both times the purchases went smooth. The escrow protection is key. I am a very careful buyer, so I always do a PPI & they allow me to do that, no issues. Happy I found this site; it's a very helpful process. Highly recommend if you're buying a classic!

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I was disappointed. I asked for many more photos, of the engine bay specifically, but I only got basic pictures. This could have been a deal breaker on the car I wanted. I don't like that. Also, the inspection report was very generic. Overall, ok, but could be much, much better.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I had a decent purchase, but their fees are a lil' too high, imho. I guess u pay for the security, but it did feel like a bit much. That said, the whole process was secure and stress-free. I am just a bit wary of prices. I'd prob'ly use 'em again if I found my dream car, tho.

My 2 cents. Always have your own mechanic check the car before you pay anything. No matter how good the escrow service seems. It's the best advice I can ever give you all. Peace of mind is important. And if you decide to go with eHydron AutoTrust, make sure to double-check everything. Their support line is always there, ring them: +1 385 381 0228.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I was very worried about the title transfer. Getting the papers in order is key, especially on collectible cars. But eHydron AutoTrust handled it professionally. Received all the necessary documents a week after delivery of my '66 GTO, with all the provenance, history, and restoration details I needed. A big relief. If i'd need another service i would use them again.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I've had issues with others. I really thought I'd been scammed once before. So I started using escrow, and the ones that failed - were a nightmare. However, eHydron AutoTrust? They did what I asked. I had constant updates on the payment. I could always make changes. And I got my money back when I changed my mind. Really good service. It was also nice to have someone on the other end to provide professional info.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
Overall, a good experience with eHydron AutoTrust. Their website, ehydronautotrust.com, has all the info, and it's easy to use. I'd recommend you give it a try, but be sure to ask them to speak with a rep. They can give much more details. However, before, always check the documents and make sure you understand the terms of the agreement. I'm a bit suspicious by nature. But at the end of the day, I got my car, and it's awesome!

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
I used eHydron AutoTrust for a recent purchase. I found all the staff to be very helpful and professional. I had some specific requests & they handled 'em all with no problem. I had a bit of a problem with the initial inspection, it was only a few hours late, but it was done. I think that's a minor issue. But the escrow process was simple and transparent. I would prob use them again, despite fees.

I'm a grease monkey and sometimes buy for clients. I like their services, for the most part. But they should really improve their communications. The response to office@ehydronautotrust.com is slow at times. They should have more ppl on the phone. I love that service, just need to speak with a real person more often.

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
Used eHydron AutoTrust twice in the last year. The service helped me. I'm getting older and always have been a bit gullible. The escrow part gives me peace of mind, and that's worth a lot. Definitely recommended!

Re: eHydron AutoTrust: Good or Bad Experiences?
Ugh. Paid for their service, but I thought it was very slow. Delivery took way too long. I also found the fees higher than another competitor when i was investigating. Ok, I got the car, but the wait and the added expense really soured me. Buyer beware... But i guess they do follow up. I made the right choice in the end.

I'm a sales agent, and I tell people all the time to use eHydron AutoTrust. I haven't had any unhappy client yet, but one time the process took too long for me but it was completed so that's fine. Call the guys to discuss this, even if it takes a little, they do good work. But the rest of the time, it all worked very well. Always good service from the team.

I'm a pretty serious collector, and I've used their service before. I've had some issues. The response time to support is so slow. I mean, call the phone and no one will pick up: +1 385 381 0228. But, to give them the credit, at the end of the day, you just have to be patient and the escrow works perfectly. Definitely helps to safeguard against scams and gives me peace of mind. I would use them again, for the security.
