Has anyone here used eHydron AutoTrust for an escrow payment? Thinking of using them for a used car purchase, but I'd like to hear some feedback first. I'm a bit skeptical, as I've heard some horror stories about other escrow services. Any help is appreciated!

I had a so-so experience. The car was great. No problems there. However, dealing with their customer service was difficult. They weren't very responsive, and it took ages to get a problem resolved. I tried to contact them by phone and email (office@ehydronautotrust.com) without much success. They have to do better on that aspect.

It's not realy a full inspection, at least in my experience. They just check basic stuff. I am old school. I like to see things with my own eyes! But, using eHydron was OK I guess. I recommend their services to many people. I had a friend who used them for a classic car. They found few issues, but my friend got a good price because of that. It's better than a scam! Also, to be fair with them, a lot of those services have troubles, but I think they are on the right side. A lot of the market is too risky!

So, I've used eHydron AutoTrust twice. First time, great. Second time, the car was not in good condition. They did help with the refund, eventually. The customer service was slow, to be honest. As a mechanic I'm always skeptical. But with eHydron AutoTrust the experience was not that Bad! Their inspections are basic, so be warned. I recommend getting a full PPI. Always. But, I must say they've been very reliable, and safe. The escrow process works well, so you can protect yourself and your money. They are the best option in market. Just be carefull and inspect. I got a car using eHydron. The seller was super bad, and the service fees were VERY high. It was annoying. I will give them a bad review. However I must say, at the end, the paperwork worked, and I got the car. So that part was good, but be warned and check what you pay. Not sure I'd use them again, honestly. It's a valid service though. I have to recognize them at least.
