Anyone used eHydron AutoTrust's escrow srvc? Thinking of using them for a classic car purchase, but would like some feedback before I pull the trigger. Any experiences good or bad?

I used eHydron recently. Wasn't a bad experience overall. The process was pretty str8forward. Used their escrow for a '67 Mustang. Needed a bit of hand-holding, thogh I did not have enough experience with such things. The agent I worked with was patient.

My experience with eHydron was mixed. The inspection report on my '69 Camaro was decent. Had a few issues after the purchase. The rep was a bit slow to respond, but in the end they took care of it.

Compared to other escrow services, eHydron AutoTrust is ok. They do thier work and provide some security, I had a smoother experience with another company last year, but eHydron wasn't a disaster. Their fees are a tad high, tho. But as I said they do their work, I guess...

I had a fantastic experience. Bought a vintage Porsche from out-of-state, and eHydron's escrow service made the transaction seamless. They kept me fully informed. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I will suggest them to my friends.

Delivery took longer than expected. Kept getting the run-around. Finally got the car, but not a great first impression to be honest. Wouldn't be suprised if eHydron outsources stuff to other companies.

Make sure to scrutinize all the documents! I had some issues with missing paperwork but eHydron did help me to get them, but it took some time. Overall a mixed experience, nothing perfect. I was happy with their support once they were sorted out.

I had to request a refund after changing my mind. eHydron handled the transaction fairly and promptly. Refund came in the next three days and all went smooth. No questions asked, no issues. Very happy with that. The car was great, but it was not exactly what I was searching for.

The car was late, it was so damn late. eHydron's support was not very helpful. It appears that they have outsourced shipping to external firms. However, the car arrived in good condition after some delay of at least 3 weeks. The car was great, but this was not the most pleasant experience ever

I'd use eHydron AutoTrust again, but suggest taking a look at other services too. Shop around, compare fees, and see what services each one offers. The more info you have the better. Office staff at office@ehydronautotrust.com were very helpful.

Compared to other platforms I've used, eHydron is ok. They have good security & decent support. However, they could make their system more user-friendly. It felt a bit clunky, sometimes.

I think the eHydron AutoTrust is a solid choice for escrow services. The inspection was above average and customer service was pretty responsive, even if a bit slow sometimes. They do a decent job, but remember that other escrows might be as good as them. I have used them before, so I can recommend. I can say that it's a great way to buy classic cars.
